Digital story. In principle you have 14 days to withdraw. By starting your interviews before this period ends, you expressly request that the service begin immediately. Depending on progress, you then acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal (Article L221-28, 13°) or having to pay for the part of the service already provided (Article L221-25). [Mechanism to be validated.]
To withdraw, write to us at contact@happiness-institute.com. Refunds are made within 14 days.
8. Legal guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). A defective book (printing, binding, transport damage) is reprinted or refunded. The content of the story, which you have reread and validated, is not a lack of conformity.
9. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint: contact@happiness-institute.com. If no solution is found, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: [to be completed]. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
